Mr. Muhammad Arshad is a Ph.D. in the field of Management Sciences and Assistant Professor in Lahore Business School, The University of Lahore. He is Head of Research Programs (M.Phil and Ph.D.). His research interests are Entrepreneurial Intentions, Passion, and Persistence of women in developing countries. He has published numerous research articles in impact factor and top tier journals. He is a certified Trainer of SPSS, AMOS, and MPlus. He has conducted many training workshops at the platforms of University of Lahore, Institute of Research Promotion (IRP), Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad. He is proficient in Advanced Business Research Methods and contemporary data analysis techniques including multiple regression, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modelling, phantom modelling, hierarchical linear modeling and complex modelling. Furthermore, he has also presented his research work at numerous international conferences including Academy of Management Annual Meetings (2014, 2015& 2016), Midwest Academy of Management 2016 and ACERE conference.
