This course aims to develop two areas: first, producing high quality thesis and secondly, using thesis for your success in academic career. The course combines expert lectures and challenging cases to generate your thinking on unexplored potentials of you and your research. The research supervisors for more than two decades will share very rich experience and insight about the subject.

Dr. Muhammad Ahsan: Having graduated from four countries (Pakistan, Japan, Holland & UK) and worked in two continents (Asia & Europe), Dr. Ahsan is a distinguished research scholar. Presently based in England, he has over two and half decades’ experience of research, teaching and training in various capacities. In the fields of education, development studies and globalization, his research has gained international recognition. In addition to authoring several books, Dr. Ahsan has produced a large number of reports and research papers published in various refereed international journals. He is also a Fellow of Royal Society of Art (FRSA) and Fellow of Royal Asiatic Society (FRAS). He has extensively travelled and delivered a large number of lectures in various international conferences and seminars. He has delivered numerous lectures and online training on academic research, writing and publishing.
Dr. Shafiq ur Rehman is an Associate Professor of information management at University of the Punjab, Lahore. He has completed his doctoral degree (HEC sponsored) from France with highest distinction. He is the author of more than 18 research publications published in national and international journals of repute (HEC recognized) and presented ten research papers in international conferences. He is teaching and supervising M.Phil and PhD research in various department of University of the Punjab. He is also an approved PhD supervisor of HEC as well as official trainer of different research software like NVivo, EndNote and Idea Puzzle. Dr. Shafiq has more than 16 years of professional and teaching experience in universities and academic institutions of Pakistan. He has attended more than ninety workshops, seminars etc. as a resource person and/or participant in Pakistan and abroad. He is the recipient of Info-share award of ASIST (American Society of Information Science and Technology) for the year 2012. His current research interests are: qualitative research, mixed method research, information retrieval, information management, application of IT in research, information literacy and knowledge sharing.
Dr. Aman Ullah is PhD in Human Resource Management (HRM) from Deakin University, Australia. Aman is the first Pakistani national to receive a Doctoral degree in Human Resource Management in Dairy. Recently, his PhD work has published as a Book Chapter in international book in title, “Work, Organization and Human Resource Management” by world leading publisher “Springer International”. As an early career researcher, Aman has several peer reviewed publications. During his PhD journey, Aman had rendered his services to industry partners such as Dairy Australia and Gardiner Foundation, Australia as well as to academia including RMIT University and Deakin University, Australia. Aman’s name appeared several time on the Rector Honor Roll and Deans Honor Roll in his MBA from Imperial College, Lahore, Pakistan. He is recently teaching several management courses to the students of both undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs in his university. As a Convener of the UVAS Training Coordination Team (TCT), he has designed, delivered and assessed many training programs for the industry stakeholders. Aman’s list of proved abilities includes teaching courses, developing curriculum, refereed publications, and providing management consultancy.
